There is no convenience store nearby, so I recommend eating at the hotel.
There are two public baths, Ebisu-no-Yu and Daikoku-no-Yu, which can be used alternately by men and women.
"Ebisu no Yu" was a little cold, but it was nice to have a mist sauna
There is a sauna at "Daikoku no Yu"
Karaoke room on the top floor is free
I will use it with my family next time

I recently stayed at the Yukai Resort. One issue my group ran into was that there is no wheelchair ramp from outside into the lobby, and we required additional assistance to get into the building. However, everything else was great. The staff are friendly, breakfast and dinner buffets were amazing, the Japanese-style rooms were wonderful, and the onsen and public baths were superb. Thank you to the staff for their flexibility and assistance in meeting our unique needs during our stay.
One final note: this area of Japan does not have a lot of English speakers, so if you are an English-only traveler you may have difficulty at this location.

お風呂は夜中に男女入れ替えで、宿泊中に2つ入る事ができ、夕食朝食バイキングは地物の美味しい料理を筆頭に揚げ物やご飯物デザートと種類豊富ですごく楽しめます。
私が泊まった部屋は年季が入っていてとても味のある和室でした。
何といっても嬉しいのはチェックアウトがお昼の12時までという点です。
他のホテル旅館だと追加料金かかりますが、こちらはかかりません。
ゆっくり過ごせて最高の宿です。
