The food is so delicious (人*´∀`)。*゚+ These are seasonal dishes made from mountain and river produce that are commonly eaten in Yamagata Prefecture and all of them were very elegantly seasoned and easy to eat!!! There are also a wide variety of baths, so you'll want to bathe in them again and again (*´ω`*) I stayed here after hiking and it was very relaxing and I was able to finish off a wonderful holiday! Thank you 😊

I thought it would be more rustic because it is a secret hot spring, but the room was clean and the inside of the hotel was well cleaned. I was also happy that seasonal flowers were displayed here and there. I had high hopes for the bath, and it was just as wonderful as I had expected! It was nice to be able to freely use the family bath and the stone bath without reservations as a family. I thought the food was good, but the Yonezawa beef grilled on a Japanese plate and the wild vegetable tempura were delicious. Especially the rice was delicious and I wanted to refill it. I'm not good at carp dishes, so I asked for a substitute. Assorted sashimi instead of carp, and Yamagata imoni instead of sweetened boiled. It was delicious. The nearby liquor store Kamokaya had a wide variety of products and I enjoyed it. Shirabu Otaki was also wonderful. Hospitality is also warm. I would love to visit again.

We stay here every year during Golden Week. The hot water is plentiful, as it flows directly from the source. The amount of yu-no-hana is the highest I've ever experienced. It's quite hot, but it's just right since it's still cold in the mornings and evenings. The amount of food is really plentiful and I'm very satisfied. We always get so much delicious rice and sukiyaki that we can't finish it. The landlady and everyone else welcome us and our children warmly, making it feel like we're at home. This is an inn I'd like to continue visiting.

Traditional style historical onsen in a scenic rural location. The room was very nice (Japanese style) - spacious and nice amenities. We booked one room for three people and another for two people. Both rooms had their own toilet and the larger room also had its own bathroom with bath and shower. There are shared onsen baths both indoor and outdoor (separate for men and women) plus two private baths you can use whenever you want. The water was particularly hot! You can choose from various meal plans for dinner including the renowned beef from nearby Yonezawa. We had shabu shabu and sukiyaki and both were excellent. We paid ¥22,000 per person for one night including beef dinner and breakfast. I would definitely go there again.

Three rooms for 5 people in early November. Smallish, family-run onsen in a lovely setting with hikes to base off ski run and waterfalls very close by. Very friendly family running the place and very good breakfasts and dinners. Would happily visit again. Reservations are, of course, a must.
