房間很不錯乾淨，關鍵是落地窗是可以看到山景，可以邊喝茶邊看風景，車子可以直接停在房間旁邊，很方便，有三個瀑布，我們衹有爬了一個石門溪瀑布，酒店出發來回一個小時，真的太適合了！可以圍爐煮茶，很愜意，下午還可泳池游泳。晚上夜景也好看，還有人在湖邊吃燒烤，篝火，有兩個餐廳，我們在九天香點菜很好吃！下次還帶朋友過來！

一家人帶孩子長者出遊，孩子再酒店裡麪娛樂場玩，嶄新一把雨傘 放遊樂場門口十幾分鍾就丟了，叫人查説監控看不到，還有晚上酒店內吃飯，湯底竟然躺着一衹蒼蠅，長者家差點吐出來，最後酒店服務人員説湯不算錢，本來出來玩不想鬧不開心就勸家人算了，這次旅行比較遺憾，希望以後改進

在北溪文苑內，環境優美，很適合度假，早餐也很豐富，周邊有3個瀑布羣，每年3月份的桃花節風景更美，值得前往。

周邊環境還行，適合帶小孩度假，就是房間衞生太差了，特別是沐浴房的布簾臟兮兮的，上面的污垢厚厚一層，開是以為是洗不掉的沒成想用手輕輕一扣全塞滿了指甲差點吐
