Overall a good experience there

Such a great hotel - very clean and the heater works perfect under the cold in Seoul - definitely recommend it if your driving as the parking is free-staff is friendly but don’t expect very good English

Complete amenities. Booking here at trip. Com is cheaper than agoda. Free drinks from the minibar and very good staff. They even assisted us with the parking for free

It was convenient because it was located in downtown Yongin, and it was nice that there was a large parking space! They were friendly and the room was clean and nice!! Next time, I want to try breakfast too!

The location is so good The staff is friendly and the value for money is really good. I had a good sleep because it was clean and not noisy. I didn't have breakfast today because I didn't have time. I'll have to try it next time I think I will use it again when I go to Yongin.

This is where I stay every time I go to Everland. The unmanned cafe is also good. The staff are friendly and nice. If you go to Everland, this accommodation would be good too.

I stayed in a lower class room than the one I booked. One person slept on a blanket on the floor. Under the pretense that the reserved room was already on the other side~

Most of the communication is in Korean, but there are staff who can speak Japanese, so when that person was at the front desk, it was possible to communicate in Japanese. If you don't have amenities for the number of people, you can ask the staff to prepare them. We were able to store our luggage for free after check-out. There is a convenience store next to it, and there are Yongin Jungang Market, cafes, miscellaneous goods shops nearby.

The staff were very friendly and the facilities were bigger and better than I expected! I want to come again next time! Highly recommended!
