房間很大這點很贊，房屋雖然有點年長，但是整體來講還算可以，環境衞生也還行，但就是硬件設施明顯的是沒有跟上，沒有更換，比如，一進門廊燈壞了，洗臉池的那個水龍頭就好像裝在洗臉池上一樣，超級不方便，這些都能忍，畢竟房費很合理，但最不能接受的就是下水道竟然壞了，洗完臉的水要淌在自己腳上
