Runze Huayang Hotel is very grand on the outside and inside. The front desk ladies Su Xiulin, Liu Xiaoxiao, Wang Yue, and Zhang Jinghua provide warm and thoughtful service. They will turn on the air conditioner in the room before I arrive to give guests warmth this winter. Check-in at 8 or 9 o'clock In the future, I will also thoughtfully send snacks to the room. After check-in and check-out, I will ask about the check-in experience and take the guests' opinions. The room is large, comfortable, clean and hygienic, with complete facilities and good lighting. The overall experience is very good. First praise the service staff of the hotel. Every service staff I met is very polite and patient, and will greet you when you see you. At first, I wanted to choose a WeChat with hotel service staff in the executive rooms and suites. The young lady patiently answered me, and took the initiative to care about inquiries during the two days of staying; Ye Shuna, the service staff in the restaurant depar**ent, came out immediately after arriving at the hotel. We were greeted, helped with our luggage, and led us all the way to the guest room. The waiter Xu Juan also specially brought us the specialty wolfberry of Yinchuan. Fruits, yogurt and white fungus were delivered to the door every day, which made me feel very cordial; the hotel’s facilities And the environment is also very good, except for the shower shower, I don't like to be used to it, the rest are very nice and very happy.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Because I was traveling with my baby, there were many issues to consider. I contacted the hotel in advance, and Xu Yue, the assistant manager of the lobby, helped to coordinate and solve them. The room was upgraded. I checked in late on the day, so they prepared snacks and fruits for me. I was worried about the child's nap, and the late check-out was also solved. It was a very pleasant trip to Ningxia.

A very nice accommodation experience. Although I did not see the stars, I already felt the experience of 4 stars or more. The hotel is very formal and clean, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I sent yogurt and snacks twice after staying for 3 nights. The hotel guests can drink unlimited water. This is a pleasant surprise. The quality of the service staff is relatively good, patient and professional. They are not so fancy, but they are already very good. Ramen is my favorite. Let's also talk about the underground parking lot, which is clean and tidy that many five-star hotels can't reach. In short, next time I go to Yinchuan, I will definitely stay again.
