I really enjoyed my experience in this hotel and the staff were very welcoming. We booked 3 rooms, and they upgraded 2 of our rooms for free for our convenience, so that our family could be together. The outdoor hot spring experience was also great. There were over 10 hot springs to choose from, and they were very clean with great views. We also had dinner at the Chinese restaurant within the hotel. I would recommend getting the combo meal (depending on the number of your party), to taste a little bit of everything.
