酒店硬件設施都很不錯，到酒店大堂就有行李生幫忙開門拿行李，一路上海還給我們介紹酒店的配套設施，服務相當有心，房間舒適，寬敞，衞生乾淨，退房時剛好碰上下雨，行李生小胡還特意用雨傘送我們到車上，特別貼心，值得表揚，推薦入住

1，服務:前廳工作人員整體態度良好，辦入住的小何服務熱情， 介紹詳細，5樓有洗衣房 和健身房 不需額外花錢。另，房間有管家服務立牌，掃碼還有很多個性化增值服務提供，晚上8點到10點還有晚安夜粥可免費點，還貼心送到房間，總體體驗很好，在永州是很重視服務的酒店了
2，設施:非常全面，所有能用到的東西都準備了，幾乎不需要額外帶東西（習慣用自己的除外）。還有靠窗的沙發、自動遮光簾和紗簾， 整體佈局設計的也比較合理， 得空間很寬敞，有一種麻雀雖小、五臟俱全的感覺。
3，衞生:表面上看很乾凈整齊，沒發現明顯污漬。一進屋能聞到淡淡的消毒味道，很快就散了。
4，環境: 地理位置絕佳 樓下有 早餐 和便利店。周邊很多夜市， 不過入住這幾天感覺周邊很安靜，馬路和夜市都吵不到。
