Beautiful hotel, staff so helpful, clean room very soft bed rooms have iron-hairdryer tea coffee & kitkat on arrival. Good breakfast choice.

An excellent overnight stay in this charming hotel. 
Good service, lovely food and a great location!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel the staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The bunker room made for a unique and comfortable stay and loved the little touches like the KitKats in the room on arrival. The only small complaint would be the shower head sprayed out, the whole bathroom floor to become soaked, but nothing major at all. We’ll definitely be back and recommending to to anyone staying in York.

I forgot the appearance of the hotel, the overall feeling is very good, the service staff is quite enthusiastic, the store experience is very good, that is, when we went to the luggage in the morning, we told us to live on the second floor. In the afternoon, we changed to the first floor, hope is Let’s think more, because it’s just that the 3rd and 4th people are nationals.

There is no free parking. The parking fee is 10 pounds a day. The room is not large and clean. You can reach the center of York within a few minutes walk. Because there is no breakfast when booking, I choose to go to McDonald's in the city for breakfast. Yes, it ’s delicious, it ’s a little different from the domestic ones, you can try it, because most of the hotel's breakfast is almost the same, so it ’s good to eat other occasionally
