I'm not a 'vibes' sort of guy but this place definitely has bad vibes. Avoid if possible. I was a bit desperate as I had been traveling more than 12 hours and the previous place, in Melville, wanted an outrageous price to lay my head down for the night. This place was cheaper and deservedly so. It is dirty, poorly maintained and has full time residents, a sure sign of a bad place to stay. The soap was the thinnest wafer I've every seen, towels thin, paint and room falling apart. If at all possible, find another hotel.

A broken refrigerator, a plugged tub drain, and no toilet paper. The room was not clean and I worried if I walked barefoot. All the plugins were so worn out that phone chargers would fall out. Not the worst place I have stayed , but close to it.

The hotel owner was very friendly, but this place is a dump! If there had been another hotel in the area available, I would have eaten the money I paid and bailed. The room is absolutely filthy. The sheets and towels were stained as well. Oh the last person left a gift in the toilet and nobody bothered to check/clean. The tv was even filthy, as is the fridge, microwave. The smoke detector is gone. I wouldn’t stay here for free if I ever came back to Yorkton.
