I booked with Cherry Blossom and contacted the motel on my way, informing them of my expected arrival around 8:30 PM. However, they refused to accommodate me, stating that they closed at 8:00 PM. I requested them to leave the room key or keys in a safe place for me to pick up, as I was only an hour away. The receptionist compared their policy to flights not waiting for passengers and insisted they couldn't wait until 8:30 PM. Despite my repeated requests, he remained adamant, stating it was my problem, not his. I then called other motels and found a better place in Young. I decided not to stay at the original motel and would not recommend it to others, as their attitude towards customer service was the rudest I have encountered in my 25 years of travel
