Travelled to Yountville for a few days with kids as part of a USA road trip. Hotel is not for families. Cons: We were not told when booking direct months in advance and pre paying our stay that the pool was adult only. Room had no USB points or even a power point near a table or bedside to be able to charge a phone. No mini bar. Limited water…. How hard is it to provide water ! Noise from restaurant at night. Noise from upstairs walking around. Thin ceilings ! No valet. No help with luggage. Pros: Great size bathroom. Comfortable beds. Aesthetic of property is great.

Exceptional hotel experience.. The service and room were superior. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would always stay there when in the area. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our visit was as wonderful as possible..

We were there celebrating the 50th birthday of our friend. The experience of the hotel was amazing. The dinner we had at the restaurant was not good and took away from the overall experience of the hotel.

We tend to be biased toward boutique style hotels. And this place is the exact reason why. We took an impromptu trip here and was absolutely impressed with the hotel. Staff was awesome (shout out to Davis Ellis, Christian and the guy with the handlebar mustache). Rooms and amenities were in great condition. Food was also really good. We can’t really think of anything more we could want. 5 stars!
