Linduo Hot Springs

I believe the hot spring water is truly excellent, but the hotel and service were absolutely appalling, a complete waste of this gift from nature! We were packing our things to go to the hot spring in our room when a strange man suddenly swiped his swipe to open the door. I yelled at him, and he backed away, only to swipe it open again later. I went to the front desk to report the problem, and they told me he was a newly hired intern… At least knock before you start! Secondly, the most disgusting thing was the hot spring itself. Three grown men were smoking hysterically in the indoor hot spring. I politely asked them to stop, but they completely ignored me. Later, when I noticed they were smoking again (in the indoor hot spring), I called for a waiter. An older waiter smiled and said, "Go ahead and smoke, it's okay, you can smoke indoors!" There were so many children of all ages in the room, and it was clearly stated that smoking was prohibited… The most terrifying thing was the buffet included with the hot spring. The two hot dishes were potato noodles and Mapo Tofu, and the cold dish, as shown in the picture, had flies in it… I saw flies buzzing around in the restaurant and asked the waiter if they could remove them, but the waiter was playing on his phone and completely ignored me. The potato noodles tasted burnt and were inedible. In short, most of the service staff had a very poor attitude. We had to ask twice to order dinner before they told us we'd forgotten to. Only one pretty young woman from the hot spring area stopped someone from smoking and called the manager, but when the manager arrived, he said that's how the local staff are—they don't listen. That's true, but what's the point if the management doesn't do anything? Compared to the beautiful scenery of Shanxi, this is a huge letdown.

The spring water is fantastic, and the experience is wonderful. The complimentary tickets to Daqi Ancient Village with the accommodation are a thoughtful touch! The restaurant service is excellent, and the chef's cooking is superb! I would definitely invite friends to come back often to experience the complete relaxation that the hot springs bring!

The accommodation was okay, but the front desk service was poor, the restaurant was slow to serve food, and the food was undercooked. The hot spring water wasn't very clean either.

The hotel service is terrible!! The service level is worse than that of ordinary hotel staff. It seems the staff haven't received any training; when guests inquire about room facilities, the staff are clueless. Calling the hotel is always unanswered. The staff seem very rude to guests. Perhaps they have no shortage of customers!

Staying here at Dorma Amusement Park was a great option; the environment was quiet, the front desk staff were very friendly, and parking was free. There weren't many shopping streets or anything like that around the hotel, so the accommodation itself was excellent. However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited.

完全沒有服務 ，設施老舊缺乏維護，管理一塌糊塗。要了一個浴缸泡澡房，結果告知浴缸怕漏電，電器開關關了不讓用，既然不讓泡澡，那為什麼還要比淋浴房貴一百元呢？講道理嘛？浴缸還沒有浴缸套，也沒有浴鹽，這多要的一百元是不是有點過分不合理？淋浴處的地面也是臟兮兮的，一洗澡，水就順着縫隙流遍衞生間，浴巾毛巾都是黃黃的，就像洗不乾淨似的，整個房間也陳舊不堪，沒有一扇門是能合縫關上的，看上去這酒店就是衹顧掙錢不顧服務的那種，更談不上質量了！我會告訴我所有的朋友，温泉哪都有，就是別去這一家酒店！

不錯非常好 環境很不錯整體非常滿意的一次入住。酒店交通便利，周邊吃飯購物都很方便。客房衞生到位，角落都打理得很乾凈，衞浴乾爽無異味。床品柔軟，隔音效果優秀，晚上休息十分安穩。前台服務周到，響應及時，有需求溝通順暢。硬件設施齊全完好，價格合理。無論是出差還是短途旅行都很合適，以後出行優先選擇這家酒店，推薦大家入住。

優點：室外湯泉水質不錯 缺點： 1.服務熱情不高 2.‼️一定要自帶浴巾，泡温泉時拿公共浴巾有的上邊還有踩得黑色鞋印 3.開餐時間有限制 晚6：30～9：30，其他時間無餐，有超市可買方便麪，但大堂衹有飲水機的熱水，泡不開。前台不提供熱水 4.睡覺頭頂正上方床頭燈不能關閉，給前台打電話，前台回覆這種房型就這樣😡，酒店廊燈 地燈不能關閉可以理解，誰家好人睡覺開床頭燈！！！！ 5.房間櫃門打不開 6.早餐單一，雖然是自助但可選菜品極少，豆漿稀得像水，小米粥還可以，但是早餐是免費的

不要被門頭騙了。難以想象，2026 年了還會有這樣的酒店。説幾件事吧：1，房間內水龍頭等都是銹的。2，衹有廁所有一卷最普通的那種紙，房間連紙巾都沒。3 整個房間上個世紀 90 年代遺留的裝修設施設備。4，燈是一個詭異的觸摸控制器，很難關燈。晚上左床燈短路似的閃，打火，右燈無法關閉。5，電話機半夜自己響，嚇死個人且停不下來。6，早晨前台説給好評，就送個啥東西，感覺像一種交易，我認為所有打了好評的都是拿了人家東西。7，這個房間也就是幾十塊錢 100 塊錢的招待所水平，居然要加 300 多真是奇妙。8，早餐 9 點結束，天啊這不是温泉度假酒店嗎？誰會 7 8 點起來吃早餐？？？
