Quality Inn Yuba City-Marysville

Our experience at The Quality Inn was above our expectations. They were recently bought out, changing from The Travellodge, into The Quality Inn. Service was acceptable, didnt go above & beyond, but definitely satisfied the needs that we did ask for. They off laundry services, as in they have a laundry room with 3 washers, and 3 dryers. $4.00 to complete the washing & drying. They also have a pool, with access from 10am-10pm. Overall cleanliness of the whole facility. The only complaint that I actually had about the entire place was the fact that when the housekeeping would come in and housekeep, they failed to clean the floors every single time. They have hard wood floors in their rooms, so when I would walk barefooted, my feet turned black. And the bedding is pure white, so I didnt realize until my husband and I laid down. That was very disappointing. I also brought it to housekeeping attention, and they STILL failed to clean the floors. Overall, I would recommend the hotel to all my friends and family. They prices were definitely reasonable, and the accommodations are just what anyone who is staying in a hotel is looking for.

I stayed here with my in laws and boyfriend for 3 nights overall very clean, comfortable, and affordable. Only downsides ******* posting said there was a gym as one of the amenities but there is no gym. Also the pool is in an area not very visible and on the side of the street and some random people (homeless maybe?) came to ask us for our hotel key to get in the gate while my bf and I were in the pool. We ended up getting uncomfortable because they kept insisting and left the pool right away, staff helpful in kicking them out when we asked. Overall an affordable stay and clean! would stay again :)

The whole 5 nights we were there, we never got our sheet replaced even after requesting to get them change. There was a sign to not smoke with in 100 feet of building and even the staff were smoking just few feet from the entrance doors.
