El mejor lugar para estadía en el Valle Sagrado, lugar cálido, personal amable y competente, siempre preocupados por dar el mejor servicio y la limpieza y seguridad inmejorable, además de sus grandes jardines muy bien cuidados, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa y los desayunos bufet son sensacionales

Spent one night here with a tour group. This is a hacienda with quite a history - don’t forget to read about it on their website. There‘s a lodge-like lobby with water and warm tea, perfect for when you check in. Our room had a window onto the main road, but it was quiet. Our room was in a building that was quite old, and yet all the amenities of a nice hotel were there. We took our dinner to our room from the restaurant, and the taste was excellent. Thank you to La Casona - you really made us feel at home.

Beautiful location with Andes as a backdrop…..just sensational. The staff were super friendly and the restaurant is good. Perfect for matchu pitchu. The rooms are large and the shower was the best yet. We loved this hotel. The grounds are remarkable and sitting sipping cocktails looking at the Andes was surreal

Ich war mit einer Gruppenreise dort und es war wirklich erholsam nach den Ausflügen ins Hotel zurückzukommen. Gemütliche Zimmer, gutes Essen und wunderschöner großer Garten zum Erholen. Das Personal war sehr nett, bis auf eine total desinteressierte Dame an der Rezeption. Hatte nur gefragt, wie lange das Volksfest abends (Megafon, laute Musik) noch geht und wurde mit einem Schulterzucken und "ist nicht im Hotel" abgefertigt. Das war aber nur an einen Abend und hörte um 23 Uhr auf. Bis Ollantaytambo (Zugstation um nach Aguas Calientes /Machu Picchu zu kommen) sind es ca. 30 Minuten Fahrtzeit.

Durante mi reciente visita al Valle del Urubamba en Cusco, tuve el placer de alojarme con mi esposa e hijo en el Hotel La Casona de Yucay, y la experiencia fue muy buena. Este encantador hotel, ubicado en el corazón del Valle Sagrado de los Incas, mantiene perfectamente la belleza histórica del lugar. Desde el momento en que llegué, me impresionó la hospitalidad y el servicio atento del personal. La casona es muy bonita tiene unos hermosos jardines que ofrecen un ambiente de tranquilidad y paz con vistas a paisajes montañosos. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, limpias y decoradas con un estilo rústico elegante , proporcionando un descanso óptimo. Fuimos para un matrimonio y la decoración de los ambientes donde se desarrollaron el matrimonio, el cocktail y luego la fiesta estuvo espectacular. El restaurante del hotel ofrece una variedad de platos que destacan los sabores locales. Además, disfrutamos de un desayuno buffet variado y rico. 100% recomendable. Gracias a todos los colaboradores de La Casona de Yucay.

I stayed there back in 2021, and I felt in love with this cozy hotel boutique. So, for this trip in 2024, I decided to stay again. If 2021's was excellent, the 2024 experience was so amazing. Its breakfast buffet is impressive serving local delicious fruits. The waiters and waitresses were so cordial, nice, professional, and always wanted to give you the best service. The room was super comfy. Also, I am a professional working in finance with a very stressful environment. My 5 days there took away all my stress, and I felt super relaxed while I was there. I may have no words to thank all the crew there, since the counter folks, the admin people, and everybody working at this hotel. I had the chance to meet its General Manager, and it confirmed why this hotel will be my option when I will travel to Cuzco.

My husband and I stayed at La Casona de Yucay from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 June 2024 for a friend's wedding (the wedding reception itself was held on the hotel grounds) In addition to the beautiful location and very comfortable rooms, the staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us. I did not get all of their names, but Muyu, Fredy, Illary, Alex and the rest of the restaurant and bar staff were particularly fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have their wedding in the Sacred Valley or simply go on holiday in this gorgeous location.
