The front desk guy Li Xinzheng really served very well. It snowed heavily on the first day when he arrived at the hotel. Later, many cars could not be driven to the ski resort. They all spent high prices. The non-slip chain, the hotel is really conscience, very considerate of the guests, And Xiao Li heard that we came to ski, reminding us of the most affordable plan, you can also watch the ski teaching video in advance at night, so that it will not fall too badly. The next day, the breakfast was hot Chinese breakfast. When we checked out, we asked us how we felt when we stayed. We found out that my mother’s old flower glasses forgot to be in the hotel room at the next stop. Xiao Li immediately helped us find it and sent it to us with SF Express. Thank you so much! 服務：感覺服務有點問題，特意選擇了貴100的大床房，入住時特意跟接待強調了大一點的，視野好一點的。結果給了一間房間小、窗户小、窗户朝工地的房子，並且當天入住率並不算特別高。沒搞懂是幾個意思。後來據理力爭給換了一間朝馬路的，窗户大一點的房間，跟官方圖片上的房間面積也還是不一樣（見圖）。另外，作為攜程鉑金用户，通過攜程平台預訂的酒店入住幾乎沒有遇到過需要交按金的情況，該酒店做到了，退房還要30分鐘查房，也是醉了😵💫，總之，入住體驗是很差的。泳池管理員也像沒經過服務培訓，泳池前台也沒有人，換衣也沒地方放，客人下水了才從聽見動靜屋裡出來，並且態度比較生硬，不像是做服務行業。早餐接待小姐值得表揚，一直微笑服務，接客人房卡刷卡也是雙手，很專業。早餐餐廳服務員都還不錯，很勤快。環境：酒店周邊就是商品房工地，區域內環境比較雜亂，也沒什麼可逛的，酒店內部除了可以游泳健身就沒什麼了，帶着度假的心態來就會失望的。酒店園林環藝一般，比較小比較簡單。房間裝修味道比較大，平時應該沒客人的時候開窗對流通風。衞生：還可以，基本無瑕疵。設施：樓上參觀遊玩的樓層好像沒有開放，除了游泳和健身。停車場不錯，停車方便，停車場乾淨衞生。

房間沒拍照片，朋友忽悠過來的，以為很不錯，其實挺失望。實事求是的説，房間很小，我們一共訂了6間房，每間房都有問題，比如馬桶底座晃動，衞生堪憂……可能是開始期望太高…… 入住的時候前台臉型瘦瘦的美女服務挺好，各種提醒都很到位，告知我們有棋牌室，大廳裏有8張台，100塊錢4個小時，我們接受。吃完晚飯再去，另外一個服務員告知200塊錢4個小時，質疑後她説老闆要求不同！這就讓人很不舒服，同一間酒店，這種説辭有點扯了吧？培訓不到位還是？……後來我們爭取後同意原來説的100元4個小時，此時已是晚上八點多，又被告知晚上營業到十一點……
