服務垃圾，自己酒店在攜程平台寫的派車接送時間段為9-21點，晚上8點不到司機就下班了，害我們大熱天從岳陽東站走一公里多的路，到酒店已經大汗淋漓了，體驗太差了，沒有金剛鑽就別攬瓷器活，建議其他人避坑

入住時居然信用卡和借記卡都不能刷。太奇怪了。早餐品種很一般，沒有牛奶，口味也一般。房間設施還算新，電動窗簾還很現代。
