房間設施不錯，老闆很熱情，房間距景區很近

房間設施完善，但是隔音不好，隔個走廊，對面房間打噴嚏都聽得到。酒店沒有前台，也沒有電梯。不過有管家夫婦，管家阿姨滿熱情的，晚上入住還來樓下接和幫忙拿行李上樓。但是窗户外面就是馬路，晚上還可以，一到凌晨，各種車經過聲音很大，還有輪子壓到下水道井蓋的聲音，滿吵的。

地理位置非常優越，離岳陽樓很近，汴梁街，巴陵廣場都是幾分鐘就到，而且周圍非常安靜，一點都不吵，吃飯也很方便，晚上還有夜市一條街。房間內乾淨整潔，對寵物也有好，早上貓貓狗狗太活潑，難得這個套房可以睡個安穩覺，而且可以看出店家很貼心，還準備了漱口水，內衣洗液，樓下停車也很方便
