這家酒店就在岳陽站的斜對面，很容易找到，出行很方便。房間大小適中，各項設施都比較齊全，早餐種類很豐富，服務人員都很有禮貌。住了一晚感覺還不錯。
辦理入住的時候有件小事，來酒店的時候挺晚了，應該是酒店旁邊有個ktv，有兩個帶點醉意的男性跟我們幾乎同一時間到的前台，但在我們前面，臨時説要開房間，但是都沒帶身份證，就掃電子的，不過一直沒有成功，我們也等了一段時間，後來前台的工作人員就先幫我們辦理，但是沒有請這兩個男子先移步旁邊，等於我們是站在這兩個男的旁邊辦理的入住，期間其中一個男的一直時不時的看我，還跟他同伴竊竊私語。加上這邊前台還一直問我們比如手機，並説出樓層等訊息，我感覺有點不是很舒服，還好我是跟我先生一起的，萬一是一個或兩個女生，可能多少有點安全隱患。所以希望酒店可以稍微注意一下，辦理完一個入住後再安排下一個客人會比較好，或者叫多一個同事，並且注意對客人訊息的保護，謝謝。

在攜程上剛訂完房，酒店的電話就打過來了，問我們有什麼需要？我半開玩笑的説需要升級房型，結果酒店竟然做到了！果然是岳陽最好且唯一的一家五星級酒店，無論是硬件還是服務，都對得起這便宜的價格。
