我到岳陽應該是晚上九十點，辦理了入住，剛進房間，裡邊就明晃晃出現了黃色小卡片，房間也有味道，但太累了，味道不大想着空調吹一吹就好了然後就睡了，第二天起床後腦勺不舒服，有點癢，但我有事兒着急出門，也沒當回事兒，但到下午越來越癢，越來越疼，腫了好大一塊兒，肩膀脖頸連着腦袋疼到我感覺要從頭頂鑽出來的那種疼，我剛開始説讓酒店工作人員陪我去醫院，他們一直説酒店不可能有問題，也不去，但後邊還是陪我去了醫院掛急診，醫生診斷毒蟲咬的，然後掛吊瓶解毒，折騰到凌晨四點左右回酒店，我非常確定我入住之前是健健康康沒有任何問題的，睡了一覺就不舒服，肯定是酒店有問題，但他們一口咬定酒店沒有問題。我在第二天休息好了一些以後去原來的房間，前台有明確告知衞生已打掃，可我還是找到了蟲子屍體，到這兒他們還不承認有問題，説他們有按時消毒殺蟲。我一直都有説他們的處理方案是什麼，他們告知我如果保險承認，就走保險，其餘酒店沒有任何問題，不承擔責任，也沒有任何的方案給到我，我當天回了西安，休息了兩天就去醫院，皮膚科醫生看完以後開了葯，然後告知如果過兩天還沒緩解疼痛，就去腦外，腦外科醫生讓我先把傷口養好，再判斷疼的問題。讓我氣憤的事情是出了問題，酒店先撇清責任，並沒有想着説是不是自己的問題，該怎麼完善防止下次發生意外。

洗澡水夠熱，衞生乾淨，室內照明亮堂，挺滿意的一次住宿。衹是房間近路邊，雖然是雙層玻璃還是能感受到大車的低頻聲。
