酒店離車站步行15分鐘左右，可以打電話讓酒店接，但要下午三點以後，如果早上到由布院的話建議到遊客中心辦理寄存行李，遊客中心可以把行李送到酒店，費用是800日幣一個行李，比較方便。酒店服務很好，衹有英文和日語服務，早餐晚餐都很好，吃的很飽，酒店免費飲料也蠻多。房間都有私湯，公用浴池分男女兩間，温泉都有室內和室外，水温很好！
