It was spacious but the onset is not clean enough.

Love Yufuin Onsen area and we got a big room w/outdoor Onsen tub. Food was good n we each had private room in dining area. Like the 1hr privatising of the public pool. Shuttle to take us back n forth

Attentive hotel. The waiters were very kind. Umbrellas are provided to guests on rainy days. The environment is comfortable and clean, and the rooms have a balance between old and new. The hotel has parking space.

We were a group of five and booked 2 rooms, Fuji and Takasago. The two rooms are very spacious and each room has a private couple. The hotel also has multiple couples, semi-open air, family, just write it on the sign at the door. When it's free, you can go in. Another friend and I visited three pools, and no one was using them. We arranged private bags for breakfast and dinner (with wagyu beef). We can get free milk at the hotel in the morning. There is one in the lobby. Free eggs and sweet potatoes are available at any time, and you can play with popcorn after 8 pm. The hotel map is also very thoughtful, and the hotel has a shuttle bus to and from Yufuin Station. Be sure to go to Mabushi-xin (station-front store) next to the station. It’s delicious. Because there was a problem with another hotel the day before, the hotel website staff mistakenly gave the phone number of this hotel, which we are very sorry for.

Traditional Japanese-style building with only 11 rooms. It is located on Yufuin Mountain. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Kinphosphorus Lake. The service is attentive and the staff are polite and understand English. The environment is beautiful. Two meals per stay. The food is exquisite. The room has a semi-open-air private hot spring. Very comfortable

The overall atmosphere and hot spring were very nice, but it was too cold without the heater on, and the soundproofing was not good. Breakfast was delicious, and the morning hot springs were great!

I went on a wedding anniversary trip. It was a very happy trip with friendly people and nice hot springs.

Of course, my next trip to Yufuin will be Hoteiya, and I thought that I would like to bring important people with me. All the staff were friendly, and the impression of Yufuin itself was good.

The service of the restaurant staff is very good. There is a shuttle bus to take you to Yufuin Station, but we didn’t remember to make a reservation when we went there. It’s such a long journey. The bed in the room is nice, but will there be snakes and geckos in it? Insects, I will jump on you and scare you, but because of the natural environment, it is unavoidable, but I feel that there are mosquitoes in the room, so hard Very nice staffs with exceptional services especially the staffs who served us in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast are great. The hotel is a bit far from the main yufuin station. There are bugs and house snake and mosquitoes in the room, which shocked me From time to time, the air conditioning is noisy. But the bed is good and comfortable to sleep on.

The service is absolutely first-class, the environment is beautiful, and the rooms are large enough. As for the food, I personally think it's okay.
