The room is generally normal, with a Japanese style, and the hot spring is large. Unfortunately, parts of the room are a bit dated. The hotel staff's service attitude is not friendly, they feel not polite when talking, and they lack a smile. One stay and two meals are normal.

I stayed at a very good accommodation at a reasonable price! The private hot spring had a great atmosphere and was nice. It was definitely a hot spring, so my skin was soft after I got in and came out. I was worried about sleeping somewhere other than a bed, but the blanket was so soft and nice that I fainted. The kaiseki breakfast was also new and delicious! Don't go in if you look at the entrance of the accommodation on Google Maps! It's on Yufuin Street!

The location is good. Although it's about 10 minutes away from Yufuin Station, there are plenty of places to shop and eat near the hotel. The main reason for booking is because of the private bath and separate toilet in the room. Breakfast is also available. The only drawback is that there are cockroaches on the hotel floor🪳! ! It affects the overall stay experience too much😟

On the day of stay only I and my family group guests, the hotel seems to have upgraded free of charge another oversized room, the room has a separate hot spring room, one-night two-dinner dinner and breakfast food rich and very exquisite, both meals are chartered, service good

Hotel services are lacking, with no luggage storage and no transportation arrangements. It is quite far from the train station. If you drag your suitcase here, it will be more difficult. It will take 20 minutes or more. There are also stairs before entering the room. You need to prepare your own meals in the evening. Breakfast is of good quality. The door lock is broken and difficult to open. The door lock design is simple and unsafe. The private bath facilities guarantee the privacy of guests, the rooms are beautifully designed in Japanese style, and the Japanese architecture is antique.

It is a 50-year-old wooden house. You will get a bunch of keys when you check in. If you come back late, remember to lock the hotel door and the room door yourself. The private bath is quite convenient, the hot spring is very comfortable, I like the Japanese breakfast very much, and the Western breakfast is arranged the next day. I forgot my clothes in the hotel. Ctrip's service is very good and followed up quickly. I look forward to solving it.

The location is quite good. There is a shopping street nearby, but it is difficult to find it as you have to turn into a small road at the entrance. There are no signs on the street. The room is large, an old-fashioned hot spring house, and the environment is quiet.

The room is a medium size, suitable for two people. There is also an independent hot spring in the room to ensure privacy. Dinner and breakfast are also very rich, and I am very satisfied with the overall service! 

The room is shown as 11 square meters, but it is at least 20 square meters. The hot spring pool in the room is also very large. The toiletries are all from Pola, and even the skin care lotion is also from Pola. The two meals brought by me are both Japanese, which is quite good.

This is my sixth trip to Japan, and my second visit to Yufuin. This is my first time staying at a ryokan. It was difficult to find the entrance, but it was comfortable after leaving my luggage. I realized why ryokans with private hot springs are good. I will definitely visit again. 1. Private hot spring I didn’t know it would be this great to be able to enjoy a hot spring at any time. I want to go again because I can go to the hot springs without having to pack clothes. 2. Kaiseki and breakfast It's a great setup for the price. It was a menu with a Japanese feel but also a Western feel. 3. Storage of carrier I told them I would leave my luggage at check-in at 2pm and they let me check in. Moreover, they kept my suitcase even after I checked out, so I could tour comfortably. It's friendly and the room is comfortable. Highly recommended if you are looking for a ryokan with a private hot spring!

There are insufficient parking spaces in Yufuin, but the hotel has a monthly parking lot directly opposite the hotel for free use by guests. The entrance to the hotel is from Pedestrian Street. The hot spring water is very hot but can be diluted with cold water. Overall the experience was great!

The location is difficult to find, the service is average, and the hotel staff is not very friendly.

The facilities are old and the room cleanliness is poor.

First of all, the location is about a 15-minute walk from Yufuin Station. Finding accommodation wasn't difficult. Dinner/breakfast are both very delicious. Even though I reserved it expensively, I enjoyed it very warmly😍 Private bath is the best!!👍
