Room was spacious. Public bath was clean and enjoyable. Not sure if it was just good timing, but the public bath for both men and women were not busy. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and was very full after each meal. The staff are friendly. Nice lounge area with free coffee and water. Take advantage of their shuttle service from hotel to JR Station.

Wonderful public hot bath!

The location is a bit secluded. I was traveling by car, so there was no problem. When I arrived, the staff did not overly welcome me. The environment is surrounded by mountains and is very comfortable. There are public baths and hot springs. The location is one minute away from Jinlin Lake. The dinner in the restaurant is very exquisite and includes Wagyu beef. , sashimi, very pleasant surprise, breakfast is also ok

本來想訂山燈館，但full 晒，見呢間評分唔差、睇相ok，而且有房，所以訂咗呢間鄰近金鱗湖嘅3星旅館，點知中晒伏！ 我們比酒店所說的的check-in 時間早了半小時抵達，14:30泊好車，發現整間酒店沒人、完全處於真空狀態；lobby的front desk 連片言隻語也沒有留下。那個時間回由布院又不是，而且小朋友（3歲）也累了；在聯繫不到任何人的情況下，選擇了坐下等待。我哋等咗大約5分鐘左右，有2個日本人拎住工具嚟整嘢，佢哋都搵唔到人，於是就企埋一邊。大家一齊等到2:45左右，有個男仔施施然係樓梯行落嚟，好似見我哋唔到咁直行直過入咗front desk 後面個門。個男仔出嚟後，嗰2個男人叫住佢，跟住個男仔先叫佢哋自己上樓。我起身過去，但佢就自顧自入返嗰道門，隔咗一陣出嚟開燈、開音樂，跟住又返入去。等到2:55有個戴眼鏡嘅阿伯行落嚟，我同佢對望，佢同我點頭後就無理我，坐埋front desk 低頭自己整嘢，當我哋3個好似透明咁！ 我哋坐到3:05分，坐係front desk 嗰阿伯向我俾手勢叫我行去佢坐張枱登記。我一坐低就叫我俾passport，連半句客套說話都無。完成後，佢話早、晚餐有分時段，分別俾咗2組時間我揀，揀咗早餐8:00、晚餐6:30後，阿伯mark 低咗，叫我行埋一邊等；又等多7-8分鐘，阿伯叫咗個啱啱係樓梯行落嚟、電攣髮嘅男仔接待我哋。嗰個男仔一行埋嚟就問我 ‘Are you ready to go? I show you the room’。我哋等咗約莫50分鐘先可以攞房！當我答佢行得，個電攣髮男仔直接行頭，完全無「想幫忙拎行李」嘅意思；雖然我哋一向都係自己嚟，但真係未試過連問都無問就直接行咗去。我哋自己拉住行李同小朋友一齊追住佢尾去轉𨋢拎房。佢話地下有免費咖啡同水，最後叮囑我一句 ‘All of the beverage in the fridge are charged, you can still drink them.’ 連樽裝水都收錢，真係好得意。講完check-in體驗，到間房啦。 成間酒店除咗地下lobby 同餐廳裝修ok、無異味外，整間酒店嘅內部充滿住一陣難聞氣味，房間嗰陣味比酒店走廊仲勁！一開門未入玄關已經感受到好難聞嘅氣味撲鼻而來，入到去間房連櫃裏面都有臭味；而且好大麈同勁殘。房間內周圍都有爛、洗手間嘅燈及抽氣扇積滿塵，和室同廣緣、就連衣櫃內都充斥着嗰陣氣味；整間房驅之不散。一關玄關門，我就即刻打開房內僅有嗰兩隻窗透氣同散味，房內有部空氣清新機，一打開就顯示無水，需要自己加，間酒店好自助吓。出去之前開晒廣緣嘅窗散味，和室裏面就長開部空氣清新機。2個鐘後返入房，除咗玄關同啲櫃散唔到之外，間房基本無咗陣難聞氣味了。以為搞掂咗，點知夜晚臨瞓前關窗開冷氣，第二朝起身又有嗰陣臭味充斥着整間房聞到個人頭都痛埋！ 最後到食飯，話說我哋係check-in 嘅時候，阿伯已經marked 低咗我哋呢幾日早、晚餐嘅食飯時間，但佢哋嘅職員每見我哋一次都再問、再寫低，感覺到佢哋無溝通。食物方面，早、晚餐唔算難食，ok嘅，剌身一般。其中一餐晚餐嘅牛係靚嘅。 老實講，日式温泉旅館住過唔少，比呢間更有歷史嘅都住過，但唔會感覺殘舊同污糟；估唔到第一次見識到酒店最差嘅服務同態度係喺日本！另外，我哋2大1小，3日2夜連埋温泉稅每晚約$3155.12，酒店地點唔算方便，個人覺呢個價錢可以有更好選擇。

The lobby has been renovated and is clean and tidy. All the facilities and appliances in the room are dilapidated, the bathroom smells bad, and the cleanliness is obviously insufficient. As for the outdoor hot spring area, some hot spring water temperatures are too hot and cannot be used. There are not enough lights along the way to the outdoor hot springs at night, and even men feel that they are not safe enough. The hot spring pools are also too secluded, and they do not feel the pleasure of soaking in the hot springs.  What is commendable is that there are separate private rooms for Japanese dinner and breakfast, and the portions and quality are satisfactory.

The hotel is relatively remote, suitable for those who like quietness. The room is large and the accompanying hot spring is also very good. However, there is really nothing around, so it is recommended to bring food with you.

The overall environment is very comfortable, breakfast and dinner are rich, and the hot spring is also great. The only drawback is that the water boiling equipment in the room is a bit old, and I feel like I can't make tea and relax in the room.

One stay and two meals are a good deal. The room is comfortable and clean, and you can go to the hotel from Jinlin Lake!

Very comfortable hotel! Suitable for driving, beautiful scenery! There are more rooms than expected… The staff are kind, polite and very helpful! The breakfast is very good...the privacy is high...it's worth paying the extra price!

The hotel is a little bit out of the way, but it's not far from Jinlin Lake, about five minutes. It's recommended to take advantage of the shuttle bus service to the station. Because it was upgraded, the sofa has a few stains. Everything else is in very good condition. There is a private hot spring and garden, and there are maple trees in the garden. It is very beautiful. The elders in the family are very satisfied

Parts have been renovated, and the whole place is comfortable, especially the hot springs, which are really nostalgic and beloved. The service staff was extremely friendly. Dinner and breakfast were exquisite and delicious, and we were given private rooms without being disturbed.

A very good hot spring resort hotel. The Japanese-style room I booked is very clean. Dinner and breakfast are private rooms for two. The food is also very sophisticated. The waiters are also very enthusiastic. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Not recommended, there are better options for the same price.
