The hotel environment is okay. It just opened and the facilities are relatively new. It's a bit out of the way, so the wait for a taxi is a bit long. There are no places to eat nearby The hotel front desk is unskilled and takes a long time to check in and issue invoices.

The hotel is located across the road from the building materials city. There is Oujiefu Supermarket and a food street downstairs. It is very close to Wanda Plaza. It is good for eating, shopping and leisure. It is also close to the Yuhuan Park Greenway. The room overlooks some of the beautiful scenery of the lake park. The front desk and service staff are warm and welcoming, and provide convenient check-in procedures, no need to wait for a long time, and small snacks are provided for check-in; The room is fully equipped and advanced. The lighting, air conditioning, TV and curtains can be voice-controlled. The room is clean and hygienic, and the big bed is comfortable to sleep. The breakfast is also very rich and it is a satisfactory stay.

關於入住的感受： 🌻整體感受：還不錯，下次會再考慮。🌻優點：性價比比較高，房間整體設施比較新，裝修風格現代清新，房型選擇也特別多，可能是為了迎合年輕人的喜好，引入全屋智能設備，挺好的。也特別適合帶娃家庭入住，自駕去沙灘也不遠。酒店前台小姐姐很不錯，微信管家事事有迴應，很贊！🌻：待改進：1.酒店隔音效果的確不好，原因在於建築材料沒到位。是2.如有老年人住，最好可以附上一張卡片或語言温馨提醒，比如衞生間熱水怎麼放，智能設備怎麼使用？更能體現人文關懷。3.入住後，衞生整體還可以，部分需要改善！（照片是我須住另一個家庭房的照片不是巨幕的，巨幕的沒拍，但有榻榻米小孩喜歡）

開始訂了一間，看到房間有大浴缸，落地窗風景很美，就又訂了一間，後面這間沒有浴缸，但感覺也不錯，整面牆的大落地窗。房間設施設備齊全，乾淨整潔，外面風景很美。入住有歡迎水果和牛奶，第二天早上七到九點有早餐送到房間，早餐搭配豐富，肉絲麪，煎蛋，水果，酸奶，小蛋糕，都很可口，各個崗位工作人員服務態度也很好。想放鬆心情的朋友，可以在這邊到處走走看看，住這裡是個不錯的選擇，綠道湖白天晚上風景都美，酒店有餐廳點餐，本地特色美食，海鮮，各種風味都有。點外賣也方便，晚上走出去綠道，還有夜宵擺攤各種燒烤小吃，休息時房間也很安靜，值得一去。

The car is parked in the community next door. The hotel gives a discount and you pay 6.9 yuan. The hotel breakfast is good.

I came to Yuhuan on a business trip with my colleagues. I can still think about trying to enter the hotel. The main reason is that the location is very close to the place where we work. The traffic is very convenient. It is very close to where we travel. The lobby looks very good. Warm, check-in is also very fast, It was already night when I arrived here. After I finished my luggage with my colleagues, I went to the street behind the hotel for dinner. There was everything behind. I could eat anything I wanted. It was only three or four minutes away from the hotel. Let’s talk about the room. The hygiene is very clean. The room also has no smell. The bed is a 1.35 bed. It is very soft. The whole person is trapped when sleeping. The quality of sleep is greatly improved. It is a good night's sleep. The room is also very large. The bathroom and the shower room are separated. The separation of dry and wet is good. Next time I come to Yuhuan on business, I will still choose Joseph Movie Hotel. Overall great.

The only place that you can visit really close to the hotel is the mall. Other than that you have to take the taxi if you want to visit tourist spots. Gym and all-season swimming pool is available. Buffet is also good but is a little expensive as compared to the restaurants outside.

Check-in was arranged on the 21st floor, which is a twin building with Wyndham, and the lobby is the same. The only drawback is that the service initiative is a bit poor, which is mainly reflected in several aspects: ① When I arrived at the lobby to check in, I took a long time at the front desk of Building A. There are 2 seats at the front desk of Building A. Everyone lined up on the right, and there was no one on the left. Later, I found out that the people in front of me were together. The waiter on the left was handling RC and didn’t see the situation in the lobby. Later, I waited too long and asked, and then I knew that I should go to the counter of Building B to handle it. This should be a striking reminder in the hotel. Who knows that A is Wyndham and B is Endu for the first time? And no one greeted in the lobby. Of course, the waiter who checked in was quite standard. ② When checking out, the room card was given to the front desk. The front desk didn’t say anything (including greeting). When I wanted to scan the code to issue an invoice, she said, ”You need to find a platform to issue an invoice.” Then I said okay, thank you, and left. The other party didn’t respond. I don't know if it's the norm here or what, I used to be a GSM of Marriott and Renaissance Hotel, there's no way I would allow this kind of situation, it feels like they're treated a bit differently, those who stay at Wyndham are guests, those who stay at Endu are passers-by, it's not the right way for service providers to do this, sincerely, this is my first time there, I won't go again.
