Ailemle birlikte 2 gece 3 gündüz kaldık. Otelin lokasyonu, odaları, manzarası, temizliği, personelinin ilgisi ve güler yüzü, yemekleri, kahvaltısı, termal suyu ve hamam&spası çok iyiydi. Özellikle işletme sahibi Erdoğan Bey şahane bir insan… Yine özellikle Zeki Şef çok ilgili ve çözüm odaklı. 1.Konum. Çok iyi, dağ nehri manzaralı balkon ve karşısında orman var.
2.1 gece kaldım, odada ihtiyacınız olan her şey var.
3.Kahvaltı.Büfe taze, çeşitli ve lezzetlidir.Garsonlar iyi hizmet ediyor.
4.Temizlik. Oda temiz ve güzel.
1.Местность.Очень хорошее,,балкон комнаты выходит на горную речку с видом на лес.
2.Одну ночь оставалась,в комнате было все необходимое.
3.Завтрак был шведский стол,разнообразный и вкусный.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was so cosy it felt like our dream cabin experience. We could just stay in the room the whole day and chill and it would be really great. The balcony was really nice and we could step out to enjoy the cold and see the nice snowy view. The hotel staff were really friendly and accommodating, and made us feel like we were at home. Having eaten only Turkish food for the past 2 weeks and craving our food back home, they even let us use their kitchen and bought ingredients we requested to let us have a taste of home again. They assisted us in the process and it was really fun. The hotel surroundings are also really beautiful. From the day we arrived, it was snowing and we were able to play with the fluffy snow and make several snow sculptures. They also have a very cute cat, which we played with and just enjoyed having around. Overall, this experience was one of the best we’ve had and we would highly recommend visiting them.

Hidden Gem in Ayder;passing by on the way to mountain . Amazing view on the river, lunch is great with variety of traditional food. Sitting in the middle of fog and trees , surrounded by a running lake ; will visit again. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Our bus stoped for lunch and it was the bust stop I had all day The location is perfect and the view is breathtaking , The restaurant service is wonderful but they need to work on there English skills more. PS : try the laz boregi it was really testy

Our bus stopped by this hotel for lunch and it was a great recommendation. What a nice place, outdoor lunch facing a huge flag of Turkey and an amazing water stream few steps from us. Wonderful lunch, tasty food, good price and service and friendly staff. Never miss when in Ayder

Ayder yaylasının konum olarak en güzel oteli diyebilirim. Derenin yanında manzara harika. Terası dereyi görüyor ve keyifli. Temizlik iyi odalar güzel. Gece kaloriferi kapatmasalar daha iyi olurdu. Yalnız fiyatlar kazık. 2 kişilik mıhlama 100 lira çok. Bundan daha iyisini kümbet otelde 35 liraya yedik. Puanı o yüzden ve kaloriferi gece kapatmalarından kırdım
