環境不錯，服務員整體服務也挺好。但我有個疑惑，通過平台已經平台以信用卡付款了房費，為啥到了前台還要交等額保證金？賓館不認銀行信用嗎？另外，房間衞生間，門口地面比地漏高，報修解決不了積水，出入衞生間連踩兩天水

羅布淖爾賓館是尉犁縣城的招待所，對面就是縣政府，地段肯定還是比較核心的，也有自己的大院，綠化不錯，停車方便，價格也不算貴，預訂了套房不到400塊。

但！這些也就是這家僅有的優點了，剩下的都是滿滿的槽點，到達酒店辦理入住，前台磨蹭了半天都沒辦好，感覺業務很不熟練，堪比實習生。

好不容易辦好進了房間，結果電話是沒插電的，wifi是沒插電的，衹好用自己手機打前台電話，讓過來收拾了一通才搞定。

怎麼説賓館也是市委接待招商引資的門面，這套房一共就3間，住的一般不是領導就是老闆，我想問他們都不用辦公的嗎？一室一廳的套房居然沒有放辦公桌！這確實有些匪夷所思了，更關鍵的是，這套房陳設和🐬官圖也不相符啊。後面因為要辦公，還是叫酒店想辦法解決，結果給搬來一張臟兮兮的模板摺疊桌，湊合能用。

卧室的燈，除了兩個昏黃的壁燈之外，全部是壞的，昏暗的燈光導致進卧室就想睡覺，啥也看不清，也懶得折騰讓修了，壞就壞着吧。

客廳里居然放了個恆温酒櫃，雖然沒插電也是非常少見，但有什麼用呢？剛需的小冰箱都沒放。

迷你吧配了兩瓶本地水，開始看包裝以為是景田，後來發現衹是模仿，茶包用的新疆特產羅布麻茶，我打電話問前台多拿幾瓶水過來，告知我要收錢？一瓶3塊，我説算了吧，結果第二天出發時，另外房的小夥伴告訴我要了5瓶也沒説要錢，所以是以貌取人，區別對待？看我長的醜咯？

總體來説，客房缺乏保養維護，服務水平不佳，確實不是滿意的體驗。
