I gave full marks. Atour's hardware and software are very good, and the service of Aiguo manager is warm and level. The only downside is that the female at the front desk opened the mouth and said that it would take 48 hours to leave Shaanxi to the airport the next day.

Yes, there is also breakfast for one person when redeemed with points. Anyway, the breakfast is at a normal price level, and the floor is high and has a good view. The only disadvantage is that the hotel system is updated, and the TV is just a decoration.

SSARFRAZI stayed in the hotel for two weeks. The hotel environment was excellent. All staff was excellent. A young lady at the front desk, MS Zhang, was very enthusiastic. The room was large, and the bed was very comfortable. Before entering it, you must show the health code/travel code/nucleic acid report. I ordered online food and the hotel staff delivered it immediately to my room. Overall my stay was excellent. I have a few suggestions; English instructions should be available for foreigners at the front desk. Moreover, it should be mentioned on the room things ( edible), free or payable. Finally, I can sure say I would love to stay again and request that the hotel staff give me the room where I do not want to smell SMOKE of cigarettes.

Checking in, the front desk does its own thing, regardless of us, because of the long journey time, we are already very tired, efficiency and service awareness are too poor! After leaving the shop in the morning, you need to return the deposit after the inspection. No other person did it. After waiting for a long time, no one took care of you. After seeing that the deposit was refunded, we left by ourselves. what! I feel that the gap between the hardware and service of the hotel is a bit big

Wave Valley with children to play for at least a long time, the glass bridge personally feel very unnecessary, the bridge is about 200 meters, it does not take long to go around the plank road to see the scenery, but you can also go to the glass plank road if you really want to take a shortcut. The room has a shower curtain, but there is water below, dry and wet can not be partitioned, but the whole room in the wilderness is neat and clean. It is really good.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is unique, just on the edge of the Yellow River. You can see the Yellow River and the opposite Shanxi Baode County in the room. The hotel rooms are very good in terms of sanitary conditions and room layout, and there is almost no impact on rest at night. The hotel's Chinese restaurant is really good, the local specialties are great, the waiters are also very professional and enthusiastic, and will definitely stay again next time.
