Really Nice and very helpful, the hotel is convenience to stay.

GYM room is too small and 6am still not open

We were traveling as a family of 4 and got 2 rooms. The hotel gave us the connected rooms which was great! It felt like a having a suite. The service was impeccable and the reception staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome bringing us extra bottles of water, fresh fruits, staff for our child and even giving us some gifts before departure. Very accommodating and professional. Thanks a lot for a lovely stay!

Very good hotel and amazing breakfast

First time staying here, there is free parking, plenty of parking spaces, rich breakfast, Xiaolan and Xiaomei at the front desk are very warm and thoughtful [strong] And the sister in the self-service laundry room took the initiative to help me, which made me grateful. The breakfast is worth it, I will come again next time and bring my children. The only thing is that there are too few fast charging piles at the door, it would be great if there were some in the garage.

The front desk, the cleaning lady, and the restaurant staff are all very enthusiastic and proactive. The hotel is relatively new and the design is more cozy and atmospheric. The overall stay is very comfortable and warm! Both parents and children like it very much. Choosing Huanpeng for travel will never disappoint you.

The air conditioner can blow on people's faces when it is turned on. My husband went up to get rid of it in the middle of the night and let the children go to sleep quickly. The bed was also dirty. The funniest thing is here. I went to the restaurant in the morning and I had two breakfasts. I packed one and I was in a hurry to leave. The staff at the door called my colleague and said to pack two simple ones for her. You go and pack them. It's so funny. I have two free breakfasts. Can't I choose them myself? No, my colleague just told me to pack them for you. As he said, he took the box to prepare for me to pack. I want to ask if your hotel makes money by selling breakfast? The front desk asked me to sell breakfast at night, and didn't let me prepare breakfast in the morning. The hygiene was extremely poor.
