我們一行14人，有老有幼，行李又多。2024年8月2號第一次來玉林，住一晚，第二天就要離開玉林去南寧了。我們選了笆笆拉酒店（玉林国际购物中心步行街店) ，他們的貼心服務，真的讓我們安心、又幫了很大的忙，減省了行李搬上搬下趕車，真心值得點好多好多個「贊」，真是以客為先的好酒店！ 1.職員耐心聆聽住客的要求，態度友好，上下一心，良好溝通，盡力滿足住客的需要。 2.雖然接車服務時間是9:00-18:00，我們携帶最少10件大行李，而且18:43才到玉林站，但酒店盡力安排人手和車來車站接我們到酒店，真的很貼心。 3. 我們一行14人，要搭火車去文地，再從文地回玉林搭車去南寧，時間非常緊迫，後來才知道文地上下火車也非常困難。感激酒店的窩心服務，不但可以寄存行李在酒店，我們不夠時間回酒店取行李，酒店還特意安排人員把我們寄存的行李送到車站，讓我們安心、並準時搭上預定的班次去南寧。
