"This is the cleanest guesthouse I've stayed in during my trip to Yunnan. They provide disposable face towels and bath towels, and the quilts and pillows even have a fresh laundry detergent scent, which was really reassuring. The host was incredibly welcoming too. When we checked in at night, they even upgraded our room for free! The location is easy to find and it's super close to Lijiang Station, just a 7-8 minute walk. Overall, a really great experience!"

"The room we got is as advertised, you can see the Jade Dragon mountain ranges directly from the room. The room itself is clean, the shower is strong and the bed is comfy. Breakfast was simple but filling and comes with very good coffee. We also got complimentary tea every late afternoon and also a hotel arranged drop off to the train station. Front desks are polite and helpful. The drop off to the train station was smooth and driver was polite. Overall, we had a great experience staying in this hotel. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is located in Yuhu Village, right at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. I really love this small village – it's beautiful and feels less commercialized than the city. The room was very clean, although this particular suite didn't have air conditioning, which was a bit of an issue as it was quite hot during the day when we visited in May. It's very close to the center of the Ancient Town, just a few minutes' walk away. The air is great, and it's about a 5-8 minute walk to the nearby Longnv Lake. There's also a small farm where kids can feed animals and ride horses around the lake. The young man providing service was excellent; he even went out of his way to buy us drinks. The complimentary hotpot in the evening was delicious, and the noodle set for breakfast was also very good!"

Cleanliness: Restaurant tables need more wiping, and cutlery needs to be washed more thoroughly. Otherwise, everything else is pretty good. Environment: Very satisfied, the comfort level is high. You can enjoy great views even from inside the hotel. Service: Excellent, the response time is very fast and attentive. Hote Entertainment: If you know how to ride a horse, I highly recommend the wild ride—it's incredibly exhilarating! Avoid the Grand Canyon route. If you don't ride but want to see the scenery, then the Grand Canyon route is fine for you."

"🫶 Not a shill! Highly recommend for those who love peace and quiet! I originally came for the terrace and the snow-capped mountain view, but I was deeply touched by the warm atmosphere and all the thoughtful details! Before check-in, they proactively contacted me and sent all relevant information like the address, directions, and activities. They always offered to help with luggage, greeted me warmly whenever I came and went, and thoughtfully asked if I needed transportation or meals. It wasn't just commercial politeness; you could feel that they were genuinely good and sincere people! 🌄 The rooms with a second-floor terrace have an absolutely stunning view. You can see the 'golden mountains' at sunrise and sunset right from your room, with the snow-capped mountains practically at your fingertips when you're lying in bed. All the pictures were taken in the room with my phone! Absolutely amazing! I also stayed in a triangular vaulted room and loved the ceiling design! I slept incredibly well! The room photos are exactly what you get; absolutely no misleading pictures! 🍈 The day I arrived, as soon as I settled in, afternoon tea was delivered to my room. It wasn't some perfunctory pre-made stuff; there was delicious ice cream cake and fragrant rose tea! On my last day, I had to leave for the snow mountain before dawn and would miss breakfast, so the night before, the lady prepared a take-out breakfast and delivered it to my room – super thoughtful! After a day of playing, I didn't have an appetite for afternoon tea, so they brought me a full plate of fresh fruit. I was so touched! Every detail shows their sincerity! 🏘️ The hotel is not in the city center, so it's very quiet! During the day, the hotel can arrange transport to the city center, and it's also easy to get a taxi if you go out yourself. Baisha is a small town, different from the hustle and bustle of Lijiang, but it's quiet and convenient. A short walk takes you to the ancient town, and barbershops and convenience stores are all nearby. Because of this hotel, I love this small town even more!!!"

"Firstly, the hotel is a bit old, and it's quite a distance to the ancient city. Secondly, the duplex suite has a few drawbacks: 1. The stairs offer terrible soundproofing; they're noisy and clank all day, making it unsuitable for a relaxing vacation. 2. There was chewing gum on the stair railing... can you believe a 5-star hotel would allow this? 3. Carrying large luggage upstairs is a bit of a hassle. Thirdly, breakfast was a letdown; not only did it lack local flavor, but it also fell short of basic Hilton standards, plus it was crowded. Of course, I'm still very grateful to the staff for upgrading me to a suite as a Diamond member."

"This guesthouse was the most comfortable stop on our entire Yunnan trip. We originally planned to stay only one night, but once we arrived, we couldn't bear to leave, so we changed our other tickets and extended our stay for another night. The room was quiet and clean, and the smart features were excellent, showing how much effort the owner put into the design. They even installed an elevator. There's an incredibly cute little dog, three small sheep, and a yard full of flowers. You can see the snow-capped mountains from your bed, and the starry sky at night. Plus, the guesthouse's breakfast was the best we had in our seven days in Yunnan; the owner's homemade steamed buns were especially fragrant and much tastier than those sold outside. It's very close to the main street of Baisha Ancient Town, just a few minutes' walk, but completely undisturbed by noise. The owner was incredibly hospitable and even took us to make handmade tea cakes. Overall, the experience in every aspect was perfect."

"This hotel is truly unique, and both the rooms and common areas are impeccably clean! The staff are all incredibly genuine and sincere, providing excellent service. As long as their car was available, they'd offer us rides whenever we left the hotel. They even proactively gave us oxygen tanks and Snickers bars when they knew we were going to the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain scenic area! My kids also loved the hotel activities like fruit picking, handicrafts, and horse riding! We had unlimited drinks every day, and the coffee was delicious. The hotpot included in the package was also very generous – we couldn't even finish it all! The only drawback is the external environment. The hotel is located in the very natural Yuhu Village, quite close to a pasture, so there are a lot of flies. Eating in the restaurant while constantly swatting flies was the only unpleasant part of our experience. The 'Stone House' still has room for improvement, and I hope you continue to get even better!"
