服務特別差 住的一家三口 配的兩套洗漱用品 想的再拿一套給孩子 結果還理直氣壯的説 不是房間裏面有嗎 我當然知道有 肯定是不夠才要的 我也不至於拿你的一副牙刷去發家吧 房間裏面的水温也不穩定 洗個澡要不燙死 要不凍死 房間設施也很差 臟呼呼的 空調吹了一晚上 設定的是32度 早晨起來 還是一如既往的是涼風 是擺設？！服務人員態度特差 一問就用質疑的口吻回覆 讓人很不爽 有問題 跑到房間 搗鼓了半天 還是沒有解決 説自己看着弄起吧 她不會 你是跑來搞笑的嗎 超差的體驗感 慎入
