服務員服務態度很好，入住夜晚睡覺安靜的很，睡眠很舒服，房內衞生不錯，電視小了點，但是不影響觀看歐洲盃，下次來運城還會選擇這裏。

五一出遊計劃帶娃，到了酒店後告知攜程的單子沒有同步到他們系統，查不到訂房訊息。查了一會，説他們遺漏了此單。本來下單是3間標間，因為當天酒店房間不夠，最後換了兩間大床房➕一間標間。然而到了房間後，門鎖裏面不可以反鎖🙄️安全都保障不了。
總之，體驗感很差，衞生也不乾淨。衞生間還未使用，就看到地面有些頭髮。
