Yuncheng Shenzhen Airlines International Hotel

I booked this hotel to catch an early flight and arrived around 9 PM. There was virtually no airplane noise, which was great – it was very quiet. The room layout is a bit small in the bedroom, with most of the space allocated to the bathroom, which is very spacious and nice. I hope the hotel considers upgrading the hairdryer quality. Also, the air conditioning vent in this room blows directly onto your head, which was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, and there's a shuttle service to the terminal. Overall, it's a good place, and I'd stay here again next time.

This is a very grand hotel, offering shuttle services, and the staff are all incredibly warm and welcoming, truly making you feel at home. Regarding the shuttle service, this trip I arrived by high-speed train and departed by plane, so I experienced both airport pickup and drop-off. They use a special red Buick business van with the Shenzhen Airlines logo. Although there was a small hiccup during pickup, the front desk attendant and the driver were both very enthusiastic and thoughtful. Upon arrival at the hotel, the driver even enthusiastically helped us with the check-in process and drove us right to the entrance of our building. The hotel's front desk manager was also exceptionally warm, arranging for complimentary welcome fruit and bottled water in our room. My sincere thanks to all of them! The hotel is a garden-style property, and despite being close to the airport, it wasn't noisy at all. There weren't many planes taking off or landing, so I didn't find it loud during my three-day stay. The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped. The automatic curtains open automatically when the power comes on after you enter, which adds a nice touch of ceremony! The bed was just the right firmness, which I really liked. The bathroom has a well-designed wet/dry separation. The only slight drawback is that the soundproofing in the room isn't great; the sound of doors closing is quite loud. I'd suggest installing some rubber strips on the door frames to reduce the impact noise when doors close, that would be even better. The hotel's breakfast was quite substantial, and the dining environment was very comfortable. Although the variety wasn't vast, it covered both Chinese and Western options, and also featured local specialties like lamb soup, dumplings, and noodles. I was satisfied with breakfast for all three days, though I'd suggest adding a bit more variety. For instance, they could include more seasonal local fruits like fresh walnuts, pomegranates, and persimmons. For milk and soy milk, fresh, freshly ground options would be great. Adding some fried dough sticks (youtiao) and zeng gao (steamed sticky rice cake) would also be nice. Another small suggestion: it would be best if watermelons were cut fresh from a whole melon, and any cut surfaces from pre-sliced watermelon stored in the fridge should be trimmed off and discarded before serving, rather than being served directly, as this might affect the taste. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool. I came back too late on these days, so even though I brought my swimsuit, I didn't get a chance to swim. I definitely want to experience it next time I visit.

I came to Yuncheng to visit a friend, and this hotel has a fantastic environment. Free parking is available, and the rooms are clean and tidy. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly friendly. The bed was also quite soft! Excellent, I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.
