空調完全不夠，整晚沒有睡過，將空調温度調落去，但都預設了26度，沒法更改，雖然找了前台同事幫忙在後台調教，但都沒有改善，最後都是問酒店借了一把風扇，才能睡一會兒。酒店服務職員有禮，有積極處理問題，衹不過問題解決不到。
