出差去的，到了已經半夜2點了，位置非常偏僻，去的時候店家燈都關了，一條街都是黑的，周圍環境讓人害怕，不敢住。聯繫平台要退房，店家不肯，説房間預留了，沒法賣給別人了，事實上同樣的房型在平台上還在出售，根本不存在沒法賣給別人的情況，這是店家不想退的藉口。晚上8點43定的房，無法取消的時間在晚上9點。這個拒絕退款的規則對我也不合理。那既然認定了房間是已經出售給我了，不能接別的客人，那為什麼大堂連燈都關了，不該等客人嗎？

地理位置偏僻，房間衞生條件差，有蟲子屍體房頂掉下來，276 真的不值一個什麼智能大床房……關鍵是讓前台打印發票水單，磨磨蹭蹭不會弄，時間趕加了微信説後面水單打印好發，還是不會弄，一直催，都不知道水單是什麼，體驗感極差
