客房衞生很差，沙發桌面都是一層灰，又臟又臭，床單枕頭也是黃黃的，很臟，窗簾破的，鎖也是壞的，而且服務態度很差，一間房間三百多，這種設施和服務，真是很差勁的體驗，要不是帶着孩子不方便就直接退房了。
