從前台，到打掃衞生的阿姨，都很有禮貌，很親切，房間內衞生打掃的很乾凈，現在是淡季，人少清靜，非常值得推薦的昆明周邊遊

酒店設施齊全，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔。自助餐種類豐富，味道還不錯！雖然中間和前台發生了一些不愉快的小插曲，但是對酒店的入住體驗感還是給予肯定，值得再次入住！當然也希望酒店能夠加強員工的服務意識，不要衹會一直説“酒店就是這樣規定”
