Love the onsen facilities and the staff hospitality! They provide free shuttle services and luggage storage. Room is abit dated but clean :)

The room was a bit old, no shower facilities inside the room. I made the booking very last minute, the booking and check in was smooth

The staff are all polite, helpful and attentive. There are elevators going up and down all floors. There are special buses to JR Shinkansen stations and some ski resorts. Please communicate with customer service to make an appointment. It is elegant and has an antique feel, but the facilities are in good condition and operating normally. Large lockers are provided, which can be used to store snowboards or large luggage when there is no room. The buffet breakfast was okay. Although it was the same every day, it was convenient for us to go back to the room quickly to change clothes and go skiing. The location is close to JR station.

The hotel is not too close to the station, and there is a slope along the road. It's a bit hard to push the luggage. Although you can call the hotel to pick you up, it's a bit difficult when you first arrive. There are not many types of breakfast, and dinner is average. The air quality in the hotel was a bit bad and made my nose feel a bit uncomfortable. There was a small fire in our room on our first day, their lights burned out and the whole room was filled with smoke. However, the hotel was unwilling to let us change rooms at the beginning, so I insisted on changing rooms only at the end. I think the hotel's contingency measures are insufficient.

The quality of the food and beverages completely exceeded expectations. Staying on weekdays is really great value. Most of the waiters are uncles, elegant and polite. It can be seen that the hotel once had its glory in the past, but it has declined over time.

The staff service is very good and very professional. The hotel rents ski equipment, which is cheaper than ski resorts and other ski equipment stores. Buying ski tickets at the hotel also offers discounts. There is also a private shuttle bus. When you see everyone waiting in a long queue for the bus, your private car is already waiting for you at the door. It feels especially warm when the snow falls. It's only a 5-minute walk to Echigo-Yuzawa Station and 7-11.

- A chic and cozy hotel. It snowed heavily on Christmas and it was very cold. I arrived at Bu Station in the morning. The hotel staff was helpful in sending a car to pick up and drop off. They are friendly to children. The hotel has complete facilities. There is a hot spring and a Christmas atmosphere. The place where the snowboards are stored is clean. Next time Come again!

For a traditional Japanese-style hotel, if you call the hotel in Echigo Yuzawa, you can send a car to pick it up to the hotel, saving you the embarrassment of dragging your luggage on the muddy snow, a very considerate service! The room is comfortable and clean, coffee machine, kettle, humidifier are all available, and the traditional Japanese room is quite spacious! The hotel has a hot spring bathing pool with all kinds of equipment, shampoo, conditioner, hair milk, shower gel, makeup remover, facial cleanser, and everything, so women don't have to worry about missing things when they stay. After checking out on the last day, if you want to go skiing, you can still use the hotel’s locker storage service. The hotel is thoughtful from the beginning to the end. I recommend everyone to experience it☺️

I stayed in this hotel three years ago. I like it very much. It has a hot spring, the room is big, and dinner is one of the key points. It's just right! If you eat too much Japanese breakfast, it will be boring. It was a buffet breakfast three years ago. If you choose to stay on weekdays, it is very cost-effective!

It is a good location where you can walk from the station even if it snows and snow, and you can also go to the ski resort by a free shuttle bus. It was an inn that I would like to repeat again because of the staff's response and facilities.

I used it when Nagaoka Fireworks had a special price (of course it was ridiculously more expensive than usual). I don't know about the food since I stayed without meals...I would have given it 5 stars, but here are the negative points... 1. It was very clean. There were some sweets left in the Japanese-style room that seemed to have come from the previous guest, and the windows were not cleaned well, so the details were not good, but overall it was in good condition. The negative points are the rough parts. ② The bathroom also felt clean, including the changing room. The bath was also comfortable. Perhaps because the number of guest rooms is limited, I was able to spend a relaxing time no matter when I entered. It felt good. However, even though it claims to be ``flowing directly from the source'', the hot water in both the indoor and outdoor baths is very poor, and if there were a large number of guests, the quality of the hot water would deteriorate considerably... I was a little concerned about how stingy you were. It's such a waste since the baths are nice. ③ Well, given the special price, I couldn't help but feel like I was taking advantage of the fireworks. Well, it may be that there is nothing we can do about it since the surrounding hotels are fully booked, but it still feels rather expensive. I'm sure it's not just about this inn, but my honest impression is that they're doing business just by looking at their feet.
