Recommended to book with half board as the meals are of high quality. The onsen, service and meals are very good and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is about 5 mins from Echigo Yuzawa station & the staff are so friendly & welcoming. It was a great experience to stay in a beautiful hot spring inn.

Highly recommended! We visited during the Spring season, there was no snow, therefore it was not too cold and also not crowded at all. We enjoyed the quietness very much. The hot spring was wonderful, very spacious and traditionally designed. I loved the yakata which were provided for free. Apart from the public onsen, there were 3 private onsen rooms, it was perfect for family and couples to enjoy. However, there was not bathing or showering area in the private onsen, it's better to take a shower in your own room before using it. The breakfast serving by the resort was hugh for us, we didn't need to have any lunch at all, but you could go out for some afternoon tea nearby the station. We reckoned 2 days was superb for us, as we had no car to travel around the area.

One of the best hotel I have ever been. The only weakness perhaps the lack of entertainment facilities after hot springs. But will definitely visit again!

It's an enjoyable stay, both private and public osen are very nice. Hotel is very clean, free coffee and snack, free ramen at night. If they can make the dinner more variety and taste better, that would be prefect.

The hotel has a free shuttle bus to and from the JR station. It is very convenient to have a car to pick up and drop off on snowy days. The meals are good, snacks are provided, and the hot springs are also very good!

The location is convenient, close to the train station and there are restaurants and ski equipment rentals nearby. The overall experience is good.

The room was very comfortable, the view was great, and the bathrobe was beautiful and Japanese style. There is a ski resort behind the hotel, and the breakfast is delicious! The hot springs are great, and there are free private baths available 24 hours a day. There is free coffee, hot tea, chocolate, sugar water and herbal tea in the lobby on the first floor. There are popsicles, ramen and lactic acid bacteria on the sixth floor. The massage is great. You can try it!

Convenient 1️⃣Exit from the West Exit of JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station and walk to the right for 3 minutes. 2️⃣There are free shuttle buses to the four nearby ski resorts, Gala Yuzawa, Ishiuchi Maruyama, Yuzawa Plateau, and Naspa, right next to the hotel entrance. Serve 💁Lobby: 1️⃣When you enter, you can give your board and snowshoes to the reception staff in the small room next to them, so you don't have to carry the board up and down every day. 2️⃣There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk 3️⃣On the way to the elevator, you will pass by the yukata rental area, and you can pick it up by yourself. 🛏️Room: I booked a double suite and got a four-bed suite [laughing and crying R], which is one of the largest rooms I have ever stayed in in Japan. There is a basket for bathing in the cabinet🧺, which contains towels, clogs, socks, changing bags, etc. ♨️Hot ​​spring: 1️⃣On the sixth floor of the hotel, you can wear a yukata or casual clothes provided. You will first pass by the rest area, then the men's and women's baths. There are also 3 private baths. The private baths are free. If all 3 are full If so, you can wait in line outside. 2️⃣After soaking, you can go to the rest area. Yakult is provided in the morning and ice cream is provided in the evening. After soaking, you can cool down and eat some ice cream. After 22 o'clock, they also provide light-tasting soba noodles for late night snacks.
