It's very close to the station. The hotel is old, but still kept quite clean. The public hot springs are very good. The dinner is a buffet, which is beyond imagination. There is also a free luggage storage area. On the last day, you can come back to take a bath after skiing in the morning before leaving.

The hotel is close to the train station, but need to walk uphill. Although we clearly booked 2 adults 2 kids in Trip.com but the hotel still charged the extra costs for 2 kids (2 years old) for additional 4400 Yen, pay cash at the checkin counter. The room was ready at 3PM and got the room on 3rd floor with mountain view at the back of hotel. The room was spacious, nice and clean. Staff came for turning down the bed futon in the evening. The breakfast was so amazing and plenty of choices. Overall, we had a good stay.

The location was great. It is walking distance from JR station with gd dining places. Across the road is 7-11 and walking distance to Yuzuwa Kogen (10mins).

The Japanese-style room is more suitable for us than the pure tatami room, and it is clean and tidy. When checking in, they will ask if you need daily cleaning, which is quite considerate and can meet the various needs of guests. If you mind someone entering the room during your stay, you can refer to this. However, the dinner for one night and two meals is all-you-can-eat (maybe I didn’t book the right dining method), which I don’t like very much. Fortunately, I only booked dinner for the first night, and ate the rest in the hot spring street (there are too many delicious foods in the hot spring street)
