Excelente trato, riquisimo desayuno, las habitacines comodas, miy seguro y muy cerca del centro historico, donde se puede ir caminando y buscar recuerditos y diferentesbrestaurantes, el del hotel solo es para dedayunar pero si se va en grupo se puede pedir comida

Muy buena atención,recomiendo el buffet buen servicio Si tienes algún problema con tu cuarto te atienden de inmediato, también es muy tranquilo y siempre hay agua caliente también si vas en grupo puedes decirles y estoy pueden hacer tu estancia más rápido y cuartos juntos para ver a tus amigos

Fui a Zacatecas como parte de una visita industrial a la cervecería de Modelo, y por parte de la Facultad de química, de la UNAM. Nos recibieron de una manera increíble, se podría decir que nos consintieron, y no solo a nosotros, pude ver una muy buena atencion con todos sus huéspedes, realmente es un hotel en el que se nota mucho el empeño que le quieren dedicar a hacer las cosas bien. Por el momento la alberca estaba en mantenimiento, pero si creo que muy pronto el hotel tendrá demasiadas comodidades. El desayuno Buffet estuvo delicioso, y todo el personal es muy servicial y atento con todos. Super recomendado para visitar la tan hermosa ciudad de Zacatecas.

Bastante variado el buffet y la música en vivo solo hizo más bonita la experiencia. Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, espaciosas y en el resto del hotel hay un ambiente bastante tranquilo. La limpieza es buena y el servicio por parte del personal fue excelente, todos son muy amables.

Todo muy bien, solo el personal del estacionamiento fue muy grosero el Sr. Justo acababa de pasar al Lobby para preguntar sobre cómo pedir mi vehículo y me dijeron que solo bajara y lo pidiera. Y me dijo que él cerraba a las 11, le dije que acababa de preguntar y me dijeron que si cerraban pero que podían abrir a la hora que lo necesitara. Pues al final me lo entregó pero me cerró la puerta del carro súper fuerte y se portó muy grosero. Cosa contraria, el personal del lobby y el del otro turno del estacionamiento súper amables y educados.
