깨끗하게 잘관리된 아늑한 레지던스였습니다.위치는 자다르 올드타운까지 차로 10분거리쯤되고, 걸어갈수있는정도는 아니에요. 3분거리에 작은해변이 있어서산책하기좋았구요.근처에 카페나 작은 펍? 같은것도 있습니다. 아파트 바로앞에 작은 슈퍼가있어서 간식거리나 물사기도 좋아요.
단점은..샤워실에 배수가 잘안되서 물이 고이고, 씽크 배수도 마찬가지네요. 따뜻한물도 잘나오고 햇살도 잘들어오고 나머지는 모두좋았습니딘.
