Perfekte Lage direkt am Meer, sehr ruhig, man kann sich gut erholen. Das Zimmer war gross genug, sehr sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Ich werde wieder kommen, da ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt habe. Villa Triana ist empfehlenswert!

The property has awesome views. The staff is welcoming and friendly (Loretta was very pleasant, helping and professional). That’s for the good part. The property has a meeting room, fully stacked, and there are no coffee makers in the rooms. But the coffee machine in the advertised “meeting room” was broken and was never fixed throughout our stay. The unfriendly lady owner even removed the electric kettle, siting safety reasons(???).The meeting room got simply locked the day after our arrival and was never accessible. The rooms are well decorated, but the showers are claustrophobic, and the hot water runs out in the middle of showering. Our friends had intermittent hot water in their shower (it would go from weak pressure to a drip). When the owner was notified of the problem, she simply shrugged it off by saying that everyone had the same issue. Stay away from this expensive property and unfriendly owner!

The photos looked fine. We book a standard room. It seemed quite luxurious. The reception was fine. However, the room was really mediocre. It was small, low ceiling and the window from the bathroom looked out onto a cluttered junk room. We were promptly offered a free upgrade. This room had a super small balcony. Not covered and facing west. You certainly can't sit comfortably here. Fortunately, we can continue to choose. There are few guests. The superior room is of good size. Balcony on the sea side, covered. A bit of old-fashioned faux glory. Bed frame stained. But otherwise clean. This upgrade comes with a substantial additional payment. Don't choose the suite, it is really covered with old-fashioned furniture and doesn't smell fresh. Free coffee in the lobby. Correctly. Breakfast is very limited, we really give it an unsatisfactory rating, and the breakfast tables are much too small. We were asked to eat in the room. We don't feel much for this. There really is no room for that. We have to indicate on a list how much bread, butter, cheese, etc. we all want. Everything is really measured. Far too economical. Coffee and tea lukewarm. The swimming pool is nice and tidy. Many sunbeds available. Very beautiful at a glance. Unfortunately, some are broken and unusable. Shame. There is no investment or replacement.
