Good location close to attractions and the beach, very good breakfast buffet. The unprofessional reception staff, instead of welcoming us, started informing us about check-in times. Balconies have a brick wall with holes that obstruct the view.

Excellent location, the historic center of Zadar can be reached in 5-10 minutes on foot with a pleasant stroll along the promenade. We stayed only one night, so nothing to say about the services but about the cleanliness we are not really there. Dust everywhere, even on the bedside tables which are the most used and visible surfaces, but above all the wall behind the bed covered with rough wallpaper was entirely covered with dust.

We didn’t have plans to stay here but after an unfortunate accident left me in the hospital Hotel Kolovare went above and beyond to take care of my partner and me when I got out. They were the only hotel open at midnight when he needed somewhere to go, they asked about me and how I was doing daily, sent over fresh fruit while I was in the hospital. Anything we needed they made sure we had. I cannot recommend this place enough. They have a beautiful pool that overlooks the ocean, the rooms are clean and service is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and book your Zadar stay somewhere that puts their heart into their service!!

Recently we went for a tour with a large group of people in the month of May, the hotel is not very nice looking there was no air conditioner working in the room security cameras everywhere and I don't understand why, we had to buy water for dinner and the personnel was rude. I do not recommended .
