The hotel is very new and conveniently located. The facilities are very advanced, but there is a small flaw. The lighting has three levels: brightest (reading), half-bright (mood), and off. You cannot choose to turn on the lights in only a certain area (such as the bathroom). When you go to the bathroom at night, you can only turn on the lights half-bright, and the lights in the room will also be on.

The room is very small and not like the pictures on the Internet. The pictures show paintings but there are no paintings in reality. The structure of the real picture is a little different from the picture publicity. The newly renovated hotel still has a smell, the ventilation is not good, and the two-layer windows are good for sound insulation. You need to swipe the card to enter the door. It is equipped with a Lily coffee machine, which is good, but there is no refrigerator. The location is very good. All attractions are within walking distance. There is a Korean supermarket next to it. The gym is very small. There is a swimming pool but I didn't experience it.

The newly opened hotel in 2023 has an excellent location. There are pedestrian streets and squares nearby, which is very convenient for sightseeing, eating and shopping. It should be a renovation of an old house. The room is slightly smaller, but the layout and decoration are quite ingenious. Although there are no side windows on the 5th floor, it is very clever to make a skylight. The sunshades inside and outside can be opened by remote control, which gives it the charm of being in a historical building. The comfort of the toilet is No. 1 in the half-month trip to Croatia, although it is not a smart toilet. The lighting design is reasonable, and my friend also planted its coffee machine. There are welcome drinks or dry white at the front desk, and two large bottles of water are sent to the room. Breakfast is buffet and menu. Swimming pool and sauna are free to use. Recommended!

The front desk staff is very friendly and the breakfast is rich and delicious. The only problem is that the soundproofing in the room is a little poor, and you can hear some noise in the middle of the night. It is located on the pedestrian street, close to the attractions, and quite convenient.

This is a boutique hotel. The location is a bit far from the city center. 15 minutes drive. Overall the hotel is good, but it was ruined by the breakfast staff. They were unprofessional and perfunctory. They made the wrong egg recipe and told the waiter to change it. Waited 30 minutes but he didn't come. Chased him 3 times during the period. In the end, it was nothing.

The room layout is good, and the house equipment is fully intelligent, which is the highlight. But there is a smell after the decoration, so we opened the window for ventilation. The location is good, the service is average, and the front desk is not too enthusiastic.

The service is very warm and considerate. I like the honey and apple ginger juice for breakfast. I didn’t expect to bring a plug, so don’t worry. For those who like to take pictures, it’s easy to see blockbusters around. 😄

A very nice new hotel in a good location if you want to walk to the city center. It is located on a street corner very close to the main square of Ban Jelacic. The hotel is modernly equipped with a spa, a nice and modern bar on the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with a coffee or tea maker, the bed is comfortable. Good insulation of windows facing the street. The pool is quite small but has a very pleasant atmosphere and luckily there were not many guests. Good breakfast, All praises.

This is a wonderful hotel situated in the middle of Zagreb's tourist zone. We were able to walk to all the interesting sites and discovered great restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us have an enjoyable stay. The spa is heavenly and we enjoyed the sauna and the pool after a day of site-seeing in the rain. I would love to stay at the Art'otel when I return.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Zagreb ! This hotel have absolutely everything that you need ! Great small gym; beautiful SPA (Sauna - Steam - Pool), super tasty à la carte Breakfast and Nice Rooftop bar for a drink ! The location is just perfect as well near all restaurants and bars ! Definitely the place to stay in Zagreb.

The BEST hotel in Zagreb!!! I love this hotel and would definitely stay there again! The hotel is so great for the following reasons: 1) Location- steps away from the main square and other attractions. I didn't have to take the tram to reach them. Places to eat everywhere. 2) Clean, modern and comfy rooms with excellent AC. 3) Water replenished daily. 4) Easy to get to using public transportation from the airport. 5) Cheap Uber rate back to the airport of about 14 euros. 6) Very friendly front desk staff. The check-in process was easy and room was ready for me right away. 7) Good room cleaning. 8) Shower had excellent water pressure as well as excellent hot water.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the art'otel Zagreb. We found it extremely comfortable. Staff were always friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk. Location is brilliant, making practically everything we wanted to visit and see in the city easily walkable. We would definitely stay there again.
