We chose it so as not to stay in the city center and it is actually located 30 minutes by car from the center of Zagreb, surrounded by greenery, quiet and in case of rain even in the fog. The road is winding and narrow but well asphalted. The parking is on two levels outdoors. It is possible to position yourself at the foot of the steps to carry your suitcases in and then reposition the vehicle in the parking lot below with space also for buses. Our room was on the third floor and very large, with a private bathroom, however we found it not excellent from the point of view of cleanliness because there were midges in the chandelier and some insects that entered through the window. One of the shutters didn't close and in the morning we woke up at dawn because of the light. The two beds were very concave and we didn't sleep comfortably and at night we could hear a lot of noises related to the pipes. In the bathroom only a small bar of all-purpose soap. The TV didn't tune in and free wifi was only available in the hall, not in the rooms. We used the pool at the end of the day and it was very dark. The lockers did not have a key to leave your clothes and the showers did not have soap or slippers and bathrobes to return to the room. We enjoyed the elevator and had to carry our bags up 3 floors. A very positive note is the very varied breakfast and the delicious dishes served for dinner. The very kind and welcoming staff deserves much appreciation and gratitude. To sum up, the hotel is a true jewel immersed in the greenery of Zagreb and has great unexpressed potential. I hope they can make improvements because they can make better use of it.
