The young lady receptionist was quite rude in a way she was trying to say that the luggage room has limited space. She kept saying that repeatedly with hard tonal voice. I think she should be trained how to give a sincere service to all guests, without race discrimination. Otherwise, the rest of staff team are nice and helpful. Room is nice, clean, and modern. There’s a supermarket (Lidle) nearby.

Location served our purpose for a night stay. Approximately 20-30 mins drive from the city centre. Bfast spread is good. All the hotel staffs were friendly and ever ready with information.

I highly recommend this hotel, amazing modern interior, one of the most exquisite breakfasts I've had. The bathroom had amazing body cosmetics.Good location - close to the highway, so you can quickly get out of the city.The center is 5-6 km away. They have a large underground parking.You won't regret staying here!!!

Taking a taxi from the airport to the hotel takes about 15 minutes and costs nearly 30 euros. Taking an Uber only costs less than 20 euros, which is very convenient. The reception process by the guy at the front desk was very professional, he spoke very quickly, and I felt very anxious😅 The decoration style and facilities are very modern, and the lighting and air conditioning are unified with touch screen central control. The power plugs are concentrated on the bedside table, and they are decorated in black, making them easy to find. 😂 Overall it was good, except for one thing: the room was dusty, it looked like fluff on the bedding, and the vacuuming work needs to be strengthened.
