On a passé une semaine super dans cette hôtel je le recommander vivement surtout en famille ou en couple des plages sublime et le personnel et la direction toujours là pour nous conseille les endroits à visiter les restaurants les sites fabuleux donc à faire et a refaire

- positif : localisation, propreté irréprochable - négatif : tout le reste • L'accueil fut très compliqué car nous arrivions après 22h. Nous avions prévenu et l'hôtel devait nous envoyer un code afin d'ouvrir le conteneur dans lequel se trouvait la clé. Le jour J en après midi toujours pas de codes malgré 4 emails de relances et une dizaine de tentatives d'appel téléphonique auquel ils ne semblent jamais décrocher. Après avoir contacté Booking afin qu'ils les contactent nous avons finalement obtenu le code mais bonjour le temps perdu... Par ailleurs j'ai lu dans quelques commentaires que pour certains clients ils n'avaient jamais envoyé le fameux code alors attention à vous. • la chambre était dune propreté impeccable et semblait confortable, cependant lorsqu'on est installé sur les lits on réalise que la nuit ne sera pas agréable. Les matelas s'affaissent sur le milieu du lit comme si l'on se trouve sur un matelas à eau ou gonflable. De plus ils font tellement de bruit de grincement que cela nous réveille chaque fois qu'on se tourne. • vraiment beaucoup de bruits. L'isolation phonique est très mauvaise, on entend beaucoup de gens parler très fort dans les couloirs et/ou leurs chambres et cela résonne comme si les gens étaient dans notre chambre. De plus, lorsque d'autres clients prennent leurs douches en pleine nuit, on entend tous les bruits. • L'accueil fut aussi très désagréable lors du petit déjeuner et du paiement, pas un bonjour ni un regard, on a l'impression de les emmer***. • Bref, je ne recommande vraiment pas cet endroit à quelqu'un qui souhaite se reposer un minimum

El hotel es sencillo y no muy acogedor, pero lo peor es su personal. Llegamos seis personas y tardaron como 45 minutos en atendernos (no había nadie) En la habitación hay una nevera vacía por lo que decidí bajar a la cafetería del hotel a comprar agua, cuando el chico de recepción me entregaba una botella, salió quien supongo que era el director, se la quitó de las manos y me la cambió por una natural (mas bien caliente) ante mis quejas solo dijo "NO POSIBLE ESPANOLO" La verdad es que ya que la ubicación no es la perfecta, deberían hacer un esfuerzo con la atención. En dos días, no volvimos a ver a nadie en recepción (hotel fantasma) Necesitan empatizar con el cliente y mucho más cundo hay que hacer filigranas para entenderse. Desde luego no se lo aconsejo a nadie.
