Very nice location and great view.

I recommend this hotel as it is very well placed to wander around Zagreb. It is clean, very good breakfast and the staff not just friendly but very helpful. When you have had a wonderful holiday it is always easy to write a good review but my review is based upon yes a lovely holiday but it had to be cut short by five days - I got quite ill and had to return to London. The response by staff could not have been better or more kind. Not only did they help me get organised to leave but they also waived the cost of the 5 days. They did not have to do this but chose to help and support me. So I cannot speak more highly of this Hotel and its staff. And thank them so very much for making this difficult time more manageable fr me. So this review in not simple about the physical attributes of this very well placed hotel but evolves from the leadership and priorities of the Hotel and staff to fundamentally serve its customers. Hotel relatively well located but a little weak in all other aspects.

The receptionist (late/night shift) is just unfriendly. Breakfast is good for the price. The building shakes as soon as the tram drives past. The hotel is in the middle of the city. The rooms are extremely small.

The location is very good, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to various attractions. There is a big supermarket downstairs, which is super convenient. I stayed for two days. I felt that the room had a sewer smell on the first night. After I told it, I moved to a very good room with no smell on the second day. The breakfast was very rich. The public parking fee is quite expensive. If you don’t drive to travel, this hotel is really a good place to stay.

Well located hotel in the center of Zagreb. Large room and bathroom. Nice staff and correct breakfast. In the room you can hear a lot of noise from the trams.

Great hotel for one night. In the center, give a discount to a very pleasant restaurant next door. The only negative is that there are tram tracks around, it can be noisy in the mornings, but I did not notice

The location is great, the tram is unfortunately very dominant to hear.

這家酒店主要的亮點: 1.早餐很不錯，還有口蘑意粉，雞蛋也比大多數歐洲的酒店好吃太多了，不會放太多奶油和黃油，不會太膩 2.服務很好 整體急需提升的是衞生，廁所反味太厲害了
